Nominations are made annually to one’s central labor council, which makes the selects recipient.
Supply Item Description & Uniform Placement
One of each of the following: medal, ribbon, certificate, cloth pocket insignia, knot.
Supply/BIN Item Number
None; items supplied by national and paid for by local labor council at $100 per award.
